I absolutely adored the hotel's elegant and spacious design. The common areas were beautifully decorated, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas for older guests like myself to relax and socialize. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators making it easy to move around.

I would have loved to see more staff members available, especially in the pool and spa areas, as sometimes it was difficult to get assistance. It would have been great if there were more attentive waiters who could take orders directly at the pool, rather than having to use the phone.

I always stay here because it has friendly staff who helped me find great restaurants. The hotel has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, 24h reception, a bar, a restaurant. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!

We recently had a wonderful stay at Luxury Hotel Riva. The wellness facilities were truly luxurious, with spacious saunas, swimming pools, and a variety of massages available. The entire area was kept clean and divided into different sections, which was very pleasant. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel's location was convenient, just a few meters from the entrance to the sea. The heated pool was large and there were plenty of comfortable loungers available. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with large bathrooms and plenty of complimentary cosmetics. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning soon.

Our Christmas vacation was fantastic! The indoor/outdoor pool was great fun for everyone, and the wellness area provided the perfect escape from the cold weather. We especially loved the panoramic sauna with its breathtaking views! The included half-board dinner was exquisite and offered a wide variety of dishes for a reasonable price. The hotel's location was perfect for outdoor activities like running and hiking, and the surrounding scenery was absolutely stunning!

The breakfast table wasn't quite what we were expecting and lacked a personal touch. the cosmetics in the room could use some improvement, as the refillable gel bottles in the shower didn't quite fit the atmosphere of the hotel.

Just a stone's throw away from the beach, guests have up to 60m of the coast before them. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and furnished beautifully. One can enjoy the luxurious and soothing pools, saunas, and activities at the hotel. The buffet breakfast has a wide range of delicious and quality foods to choose from.

The soap provided for handwashing, which became a bit messy after a while. But this is a minor complaint in an otherwise excellent hotel experience.
